What primary services do you offer?

We offer single family property management Services as well have a resales division that handles our acquisitions.

How much is your monthly management fee?

We charge 10% of the monthly rent collected plus 10% project management fee on any maintenance repairs that we manage to completion.

What do you screen for?

We screen for criminal, credit and we do a 50 state eviction and background check.

How much is the application fee?

We charge a $100 application fee per adult applicant.

Are you licensed and insured?

We are a Georgia licensed Real Estate Brokerage through the Georgia Real Estate Commission and we have errors and omissions insurance.

What are your income requirements?

You must make 3 1/2 times the monthly rental amount.

What about the security deposits?

Security deposits are normally the same as the rent unless their are credit challenges.

Do you report rental payments to the credit bureaus?

No. Not at this time

Do you have in-house maintenance?

We have both and in-house maintenance team and we out source certain repairs to vendors we have partnerships with.
